Legal Disclaimer & Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION POLICY (GROUPS):

  • A two hundred dollar ($200) cancellation fee applies to all cancellations.
  • Accommodation Placement fee is refundable if notice of cancellation is received at least 28 days before groups’ arrival, otherwise there is no refund of this money.
  • Airport Transfer fee is refundable if notice of cancellation is received at least 7 days before groups’ arrival, otherwise there is no refund of this money.
  • Homestay Fee charges for cancellation as follows:
  • Nil for 28 days notice, or more;
  • 10% for more than 14 days notice;
  • One week of Homestay fees per student, for 14 days notice or less.

CANCELLATION POLICY (INDIVIDUALS):

·         100% of the accommodation fee and placement fee will be refunded if you cancel or postpone your accommodation more than two (2) weeks before your arrival.

·         If you cancel your accommodation less than two (2) weeks before your arrival you will be refunded 100% of the accommodation fee and placement fee, however you will be charged $100 to cover administration costs.

·         If you postpone your accommodation less than two (2) weeks before your arrival you will you will be charged $100 to cover administration costs.

·         If you cancel your accommodation booking less than 48 hours before your arrival, you will be charged one week’s accommodation fee and the placement fee will not be refunded.

·         If you postpone your accommodation booking less than 48 hours you will be charged one week’s accommodation fee and $100 to cover administration costs.

·         100% of the airport pickup fee will be refunded if notice of the cancellation is received more than 48 hours prior to the students arrival. If notice of cancellation is received less than 48 hours before arrival, the airport pickup fee will be charged and no refund will be provided.

·         If you choose to leave your Homestay accommodation and either you or your agent give ESI one weeks notice, all outstanding Homestay accommodation fees held by ESI in the student management account will be refunded into your nominated bank account.
